3 Modes

1. Heating mode- LCD display shows -1, the bottom red light is on, and the red indicator light is on.

2. Vibration mode- LCD display shows -2, the red light at the bottom is off, and the blue indicator light in on.

3. Vibration heating mode- LCD display shows -3, the bottom red light is on, and red and blue indicator lights are on at the same time.

The default heating mode is turned on, the temperature defaults to 1 gear, and the vibration defaults to 0 gear. Short press the mode key to switch modes in turn, short press the +- adjustment keys to adjust the temperature and vibration gears, a total of 12 gears are adjustable.
